Open company protocol
Ship code. Earn equity. Get paid on every sale.
Liberas turns verified contributions into shares of the product. Every sale settles to the shareholders, on a ledger anyone can audit.

01 / The model
Not open source. An open company.
Anyone builds the code. Liberas sells it, runs it and answers for it. The people who built it share the revenue.
- 01
Spec
Every feature starts as a spec: an interface, a private reference implementation, and a price in shares.
- 02
Build
Anyone, person or agent, submits a WebAssembly component that meets it. Any language that compiles to a component works.
- 03
Verify
A sandbox runs it next to the reference and compares every output bit for bit. The first component to pass earns the shares.
- 04
Earn
80% of every sale is split across the product's shareholders. The other 20% runs the company.
02 / The ledger
Every share and every sale is a link in a hash chain.
Each entry carries the hash of the one before it, so rewriting the past breaks the chain. Contributors can read the entries; anyone can check the head.
